63 mm thick door leaf, composed of two 0,8mm steel sheets assembled to CS5 corner frame. Equipped with 3 in-house design hinges with CE marking.

Sound insulation is achieved by installing one of the following solutions:

1.Closed frame. Formed by a D-shaped seal, placed in the inner perimeter of the frame, a d-shaped strip, placed on the upper part of the frame and leaf on hinges side, a flipper joint and d-shaped strip placed at the height of the lock between two leaves, a flipper joint on the upper part of the frame and an acoustic bottom threshold for CS5 frame on the bottom part of the leaf including d-shaped strip and D-shaped seal.

2.Acoustic bottom frame: Formed by a D-shaped seal, placed in the inner perimeter of the frame, a d-shaped strip, placed on the upper part of the frame and leaf on hinges side, a flipper joint and d-shaped strip placed at the height of the lock between two leaves, a flipper joint on the upper part of the frame and a threshold on the lower part of the leaf including d-shaped strip and D-shaped seal.
