63 mm thick door leaf, composed of two 0,8mm steel sheets assembled to CS5 corner frame. Equipped with 3 in-house design hinges with CE marking.

Sound insulation is achieved by installing one of the following solutions:

1.Closed frame. Formed by a D-shaped seal, placed in the inner perimeter of the frame, a d-shaped strip, placed on the upper part of the frame and leaf on hinges side and an acoustic bottom threshold for CS5 frame on the bottom part of the leaf including d-shaped strip and D-shaped seal.

2.Acoustic bottom threshold. Formed by a D-shaped seal, placed in the inner perimeter of the frame, a d-shaped strip, placed on the upper part of the frame and leaf on hinges side and a threshold on the lower part of the leaf including d-shaped strip and D-shaped seal.
