Andreu manufactures metal doors for different uses: fire doors, multipurpose doors, residential doors, acoustic doors, sliding doors, swing (double-action) doors, storage room doors and special solutions for technical projects. We also manufacture frames and subframes, meter doors and accessories.
A fire door is tested and classified according to its fire resistance (for example EI2 60) and forms part of the building’s fire compartmentation. A multipurpose door is a general-use metal door —for storage rooms, plant rooms, garages or service areas— with no fire resistance classification.
Yes. In addition to our standard range, we adapt our engineering to singular projects that require special dimensions, configurations or performance, such as hospitals, airports or large logistics centres.
We offer galvanised and pre-lacquered finishes, lacquering in RAL colours on request, two-tone versions, wood and stainless steel finishes, depending on the model. You can view them in our finishes section and in the finishes catalogue.
It indicates the door’s fire performance: E is integrity (it does not allow flames or gases to pass), I2 is thermal insulation and 60 is the number of minutes for which both properties are maintained. The classification is obtained through testing in accordance with standard UNE-EN 1634-1.
Yes. Since 1 November 2019, CE marking has been mandatory for external pedestrian fire doors, in accordance with standard EN 16034, and our fire doors carry it.
Yes. We have a smoke kit that allows our doors to achieve smoke control performance in accordance with European standard UNE-EN 1634-3.
